Manager, benefits, Wellness and HR Programs

loans and actively seeks a Manager of Benefits, Wellness and HR
Programs for its Livermore, CA location.
Leverage your depth of experience and savvy developing and managing
employee benefits and wellness programs that have a positive impact
on the employee value proposition and culture, and strong breadth of
HR knowledge and experience to make an impact in a diverse, fast-
paced business environment.
This is a hands-on management position reporting to the Director of
Human Resources with an opportunity to bring your ideas and
knowledge of progressive approaches to strategy, design and
infrastructure of benefits, wellness, and other HR programs.
Apply a roll-up your sleeves approach as well as manage staff to
analyze, administer and project manage a variety of programs
including, but not limited to, group health/dental/vision, 401(k),
flexible spending, health savings, accident & disability, life,
wellness, charitable, compliance and other programs and events.
Establish infrastructure, tools, and process for providing
education and answer questions and resolve issues regarding benefits
and HR programs while ensuring a positive and meaningful employee
experience. Maintain on-line repository content and Employee
Communication portal for applicable programs.
Contribute to program strategy planning.
Play a key role in the plan, design, develop, implement, and
infrastructure, policies and administration of
Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to map and develop
infrastructure in our Workday platform to maximize efficiencies
leveraging technology and approach to workflow in the management and
administration of programs. Conduct testing and analysis as

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Human
or relevant area preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in fast-paced dynamic
environment, which includes demonstrated ability and ownership of
program design, implementation, administration and compliance, as
well as effectively handle complex employee relations issues.
3+ years of experience managing HR support staff and functions
Extensive experience with employer group benefit programs, and
wellness programs. Experience with other HR programs and policies
Experience in Government contracting environment and experience
with Service Contract Act highly desired.
