Scheduling Coordinator
Visiting Angels

Description:  The primary responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator are to effectively and successfully perform the following duties. - Developing daily, weekly and monthly caregiver schedules - Answering client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services - Addressing urgent issues with caregiver schedules - Building and maintaining relationships with care givers and clients 

Requirements:  - Current staffing experience preferred, staffing for a temporary agency or homecare a plus - Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Strong computer skills including experience with MS office - Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction - Exceptional customer service skills Hours are Monday-Friday with occasional after hours work.
